How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete you will be considered based on your preferences and your skills, and will be offered appropriate positions.
What is involved in the application process?
Start by sending us your resume (firstname.lastname@example.org). If your skills and background meet the requirement of our customers, you will be asked to complete our online application. You will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as preference of shifts, type of work, and preferred locations.
After the application is complete you will be contacted for an appointment for a one-on-one, in-depth interview. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your vocational skills and what you are looking for in your next position. We will discuss not only what specific skills you have but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.
Please be aware that additional testing and safety training may be required for open position. C.S.T. conducts background checks and drug testing at time of interview and may require additional verifications from time to time. You will be considered for jobs based on all the factors of your interview process, to include verification of past employment and any additional requirements deemed necessary in the open position. C.S.T. Connection is a drug free workplace.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered, it is all right to turn it down?
Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position you are free to decline. You will not hurt our feelings. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills, preferences and salary requirements. Please keep in mind that sometimes those short term assignments will blossom into your dream job because of what you demonstrate to our customer’s company. So if you are free for a short-term assignment, who knows where it may take you!
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
We realize that not every job may be a good fit. Sometimes you do not know that until you are in the position. If your assignment is not for you, please contact us immediately. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from the C.S.T. Our management team will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. If the situation cannot be fixed, we ask that you give a one-week notice to end your assignment.
How can I stay informed about open positions?
Please feel free to search our current openings. C.S.T. will also contact you directly when a position matching your skills and interests becomes available.
