Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Understanding the details of the position is the key. We discuss every aspect of the position, right down to what personality will work best. Then we go to work to isolate the talent. With a clear understanding of your company and the requirements of the position, C.S.T. will be able to select the talent that will fit the demands of the position. We strive to “get it right” the first time. A service and billing agreement will need to be signed by an authorized representative of your company.

The timeframe for successfully finding an employee for you will vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified candidates. You may choose to interview the most qualified candidates, or we can fill a position immediately with a prescreened candidate based on the qualifications you provide.

As a part of our interview process, all candidates are drug tested along with a 7 year background check immediately after the interview. Please let us know if you require additional screening prior to you meet with our candidates.
