Job Seeker FAQs

Job availability changes daily. Once our application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and skills and will be offered appropriate positions.

Start by sending us your resume (recruiter@cstconnection.com) to see if your skills and background meet the requirement of our customers.

After we receive your resume, you will be contacted for an appointment for a one-on-one, in-depth interview. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your vocational skills and what you are looking for in your next position, such as your shift preference, type of work desired, and job location. We will discuss not only what specific skills you have but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.

Please be aware that additional testing and safety training may be required for an open position. C.S.T. conducts background checks and drug testing at the time of the interview and may require additional verifications from time to time. You will be considered for jobs based on all the factors of your interview process, including verification of past employment and any additional requirements deemed necessary in the open position. C.S.T. Connection is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.

Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position you are free to decline. You will not hurt our feelings. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills, preferences and salary requirements. Please keep in mind that sometimes those short-term assignments will blossom into your dream job because of what you demonstrate to our customer’s company. So if you are free for a short-term assignment, who knows where it may take you!

We realize that not every job may be a good fit. Sometimes you do not know that until you are in the position. If your assignment is not for you, please contact us immediately. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from C.S.T. Our management team will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. If the situation cannot be fixed, we ask that you give a one-week notice to end your assignment.

Please feel free to search our current openings. C.S.T. will also contact you directly when a position matching your skills and interests becomes available.
